The Leader of INRI Evangelical Spiritual Church, Primate Elijah Ayodele, has issued a stern warning to President Bola Tinubu, claiming that there are significant political threats and saboteurs within his administration.
This announcement came during the launch of his 30th edition of ‘Warning to The Nation’ in Lagos.
Primate Ayodele’s prophetic declarations have garnered attention for their bold claims about Nigeria’s political future. According to him, President Tinubu faces a potential political coup orchestrated by internal forces. He urged the president to be vigilant about the threats and to prioritize his health as he plans for a second term.
“Tinubu needs to look after his health while going for second term,” Primate Ayodele cautioned. He further predicted that a “dark cloud” will loom over the political landscape by 2027, specifically warning that Atiku Abubakar, the 2023 presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), will be a significant factor in the party’s downfall.
Primate Ayodele asserted, “Come 2027, I see a dark cloud; Atiku will kill PDP completely. If they don’t fight Wike, PDP will die. Wike is the one that will kill PDP. Atiku should forget 2027 ambition.” He also expressed concerns about the future of the PDP, singling out Minister of the Federal Capital Territory, Nyesom Wike, as a major threat to the party’s survival.
In addition to his warnings about the political climate, Primate Ayodele addressed broader national issues. He highlighted potential economic challenges, predicting that the Nigerian government would continue to face severe financial strains. “Labour should understand that the Nigerian government can’t pay, some state governments will collapse because they can’t pay N60,000 or N70,000. Only two states can pay N80,000 and sustain it,” he stated.
The cleric also touched on legislative and policy matters, indicating that a referendum could be on the horizon and expressing skepticism about the current Senate’s effectiveness. He warned, “I see a referendum coming and our Senate is zero. The cabals in the Senate are working with the right people and they will work against Akpabio.”
Furthermore, Primate Ayodele criticized the government’s approach to electricity, agriculture, and security, emphasizing that “Insecurity is man-made, those behind it are in the system.” He predicted that the government’s ongoing borrowing would only worsen economic conditions and called for reforms to address these pressing issues.
Concluding his remarks, Primate Ayodele reiterated his concerns about political instability: “The Northerners are plotting coup against him, political coup is coming against Tinubu in 2027.” His statements underscore a period of significant anticipation and unease in Nigeria’s political sphere as the nation looks ahead to future elections and challenges.
