A former Minister of State for Health, Gabriel Aduku, has been reportedly dead.
Aduku who was also the immediate past chairman of the Arewa Consultative Forum, passed away on Monday, in the United States, after a brief illness.

Aduku who was born on February 3, 1944, in Anyigba, Dekina Local Government Area of Kogi State, died at the age of 80 years.
However, the late politician had a notable political career during his lifetime.
Aduku served as the National Chairman of the Arewa Consultative Forum in May 2023, following the departure of Chief Audu Ogbe, and held the position briefly.
