Nigeria’s president-elect ASiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu has been presented with the certificate of return by the Independent National Electoral Commission.
Premium Politics reported that Tinubu was declared president-elect by INEC chairman, Mahmood Yakubu, in the early hours of Wednesday after a hotly-contested three-horse race presidential poll.
