Jigawa gov makes new appointments hours to tenure end

With less than 48 hours to the end of his tenor and handing over to a new administration, Jigawa State Governor, Muhammad Badaru Abubakar, has appointed Madaki Abdulkadir Ja’e as the new Managing Director of Dutse Capital Development.

This was disclosed in a statement issued by the Public Relations Officer, Office of the Secretary to the Government and Office of the Head of Civil Service, Jigawa State, Ismaila Ibrahim Dutse.

Before he was appointed to his current position, Mr Madaki Ja’e, was a one-time staff of the Ministry of Lands, Housing, Urban Development and Regional Planning, where he was being redeployed to the Ministry of Works and Housing as Director of Planning Research and Statistics from 2004 to 2007.

However, the statement directed Arch, Saleh Abubakar Gumel to report to the office of the Head of the Civil Service in the state.

Madaki Ja’e, who is a registered member of the Surveyors Council of Nigeria, is to however, take up his appointment with immediate effect.
