The re-elected governor of Oyo State, Seyi Makinde has been sworn.
Makinde was sworn-in alongside his deputy, Bayo Lawal on Monday at the Liberty Stadium in Oyo State.
Downpour however left attendess at the inauguration running for shelter as the deputy governor, Bayo Lawal was shielded with an umbrella to prevent the rain from drenching him.
The event which held at the Liberty Stadium Ibadan has dignitaries from all walks of life.
