Nollywood actor Yul Edochie has praised President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s administration for what he claims are significant improvements in Nigeria’s power supply and a reduction in terrorist attacks.
Edochie, known for his unwavering support for Tinubu despite frequent backlash from netizens, made these assertions in a post on Instagram on Saturday, where he shared a photo of the president alongside glowing remarks about his leadership.
According to Edochie, many states across the country now enjoy 22 hours of steady electricity daily, a feat he attributed to Tinubu’s policies.
“Many states in Nigeria now enjoy 22hrs per day of steady power supply,” Edochie wrote.
He further credited the administration for its efforts in reducing insecurity in the country, particularly terrorist activities.
“Terrorist attacks have reduced drastically, all courtesy of the policies of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu,” he added.
In his post, Edochie referred to Tinubu as “The Jagaban,” “The Master Strategist,” and “The Silent Achiever,” expressing confidence in the president’s ability to address Nigeria’s challenges.
“@officialasiwajubat. The Jagaban. The Master strategist. The silent achiever. So much more to come. Jagaban will fix it all,” Edochie wrote.
Edochie’s public endorsement of Tinubu has been a recurring theme, often sparking debates and attracting criticism from online users who question his motives. However, the actor remains steadfast in his support, consistently highlighting what he perceives as the administration’s achievements.
