Former Minister of Power, Works and Housing, Babatunde Raji Fashola, has said the only benefit he still enjoys from the government is the N577,000 monthly pension he receives from Lagos State government.
The former Lagos State governor revealed this during a recent interview with Arise News, claiming he has no other ties with either the federal or state government.
When asked what he still has in connection with the government he said, “The benefit I get is, I think, N577,000 monthly pension from Lagos State, that’s all I get.
“And in spite of all the stories that we got several billions but I’ve come out to deny that repeatedly.”
