Former aide to ex-President Muhammadu Buhari, Femi Adesina, has raised alarm over the content of his newly launched book, allegedly twisted by contortionists.
Adesina who made this claim on his X handle on Saturday, said the very opposite of his content was disseminated to the public.
It would be recalled that the former Presidential Aide had on January 16, launched his new book titled: ‘Reflections of a Special Adviser, Media and Publicity, (2015-2023).
Adesina in the book, had captured some political occurrences in the last administration, from 2015-2023.
Part of the contents of the book revealed how former President Buhari saved the embattled leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra, Nnamdi Kanu from the plots to assassinate him abroad.
Another content in the book also revealed how the late Chief of Staff to Buhari, Abba Kyari, frustrated Adesina’s job as the Presidential Spokesperson.
Meanwhile, some different accounts of the contents claimed that late Kyari denied Adesina access to Buhari for 5 years.
Reacting to the reports, the former Presidential aide said those behind the reports, wrote exactly the opposite of his reports.
The post reads, “Contortionists have begun to twist the content of my book, ‘Working with Buhari.’ “They claim I said COS Abba Kyari denied me access to PMB for 5 years.
“They lied that there was a plot to kill Nnamdi Kanu abroad.
“Very opposite of things I wrote. And it’s written in English”.
