Ahead of the Ondo State governorship poll, the New Nigeria People’s Party has begun the sale of its nomination form.
The party pegs the nomimation form for N10 million with an additional N1 million for expression of interest making it a total of N11 million.
According to the National Publicity Secretary, the party will commence the sale of nomination and interest forms for the Ondo State governorship primary of the party on April 8.
He said, “We will open the sale of nomination and expression of interest forms by April 8, 2024.
” Our nomination form is N10 million while expression of interest form is N1 million.”
Although 2024 is not a year for national elections in Nigeria, two states are set to battle and capture the nation’s attention including Edo and Ondo States.
The two states elections are slated for September 21st and November 16th, respectively.
