The People’s Democratic Party governorship candidate in Ondo State, Hon Agboola Ajayi, has expressed confidence that the party’s unity will ensure victory in the upcoming elections in Edo and Ondo states.
Ajayi stated, “The PDP is the last hope for Nigerians seeking a better country, given the ruling APC’s failure to address the nation’s challenges.”
He praised the party’s unity and readiness, “I am impressed with the show of camaraderie and readiness to take on the challenge of rescuing Nigeria.”
Ajayi advised the electorate, “Support the PDP governorship candidate in Edo State… remain resolute in retaining the state.”
He emphasized the importance of unity among party members, “Unity is key to achieving victory in the elections.”
Additionally, Ajayi made promises to women, “If elected, I will ensure 35% of women are given appointments… empower women financially… adhere to the United Nations’ affirmation on gender equality from February 24, when I assume office.”
At a meeting with PDP women leaders, Ajayi received assurances of their support and commitment to working for the party’s emergence in their various wards.
