The National Chairman of the ruling All Progressives Congress, Dr Abdullahi Ganduje on Friday, met with the Elders Forum of the party, from the North-Central, in office at the party’s national secretariat, Abuja.
This was disclosed via a post on the party’s X handle on Friday, August 18, 2023.
The Gen Lawrence Onoja-led North Central Elders Forum, paid Dr Ganduje, and other officials of the party, a congratulatory visit on their new appointments as the party’s new National Executives.
Premium Politics reported that Dr Ganduje was appointed as the APC National Chairman of the party, during the recently conducted 21st National Executive Council of the meeting, held at Transcorp Hotels in Abuja.
The former governor has however received various delegates and individuals from all works of life, who have paid him congratulatory visits in his office, at the party’s national secretariat in Abuja.
However, the North-West Elders Forum, during their visit, sought the party’s support for a development commission, to harness the agric, tourism and human potentials of the zone.
