The presidential candidate for the All Progressives Congress, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, has vowed to work with the people of Imo State for a peaceful and prosperous Nigeria if elected.
Tinubu said this on Tuesday while holding a campaign rally ahead of the coming presidential election.
Reacting after the rally, the former Lagos State governor said, “Thank you the good people of Imo State. You have spoken loud and clear. We will walk together into a more peaceful and prosperous Nigeria.”
He was in the company of the President, Major General Muhammadu Buhari (rtd), APC National Chairman of APC, Abdullahi Adamu, the Governor of Lagos State, Babajide Olusola Sanwo-Olu, other party officials and members of the party.
He added, “I also appreciate the presence of our leader, President Muhammadu Buhari at the rally today.”
