The Governor of Rivers State, Siminalayi Fubara, has announced his intention to investigate the activities of the state government during the eight-year administration of Nyesom Wike.
Fubara made this declaration during the swearing-in ceremony of Dagogo Iboroma, a Senior Advocate of Nigeria, as the new Attorney General and Commissioner for Justice of Rivers State.
Earlier on, Iboroma had been screened and confirmed as the Commissioner designate. In his address, Governor Fubara charged Iboroma to promptly establish a panel of inquiry to scrutinize the actions of the state government over the past eight years.
