SDP chieftain hails Tinubu, Tompolo for curbing oil theft in N’Delta

Ondo State Social Democratic Party governorship candidate, Otunba Bamidele Akingboye, has praised President Bola Tinubu and High Chief Government Ekpemupolo, chairman of Tantita Security Services Nigeria Limited, for their successes in pipeline surveillance and security in the Niger Delta.

Akingboye commended President Tinubu’s decision to select Tompolo’s outfit for the job, saying: “Tantita Security has obviously outshined and outperformed their predecessors, contenders, and contemporaries in performance and excellent delivery.”

He noted that pipeline surveillance and security in the Niger Delta have improved dramatically since Tantita Security took charge. Akingboye also hailed Tompolo for creating employment opportunities for over 1,000 youths in Ondo State.

He said, “Through Tompolo’s Tantita Security Firm, more than 1,000 Ondo State youths, both male and female, who would ordinarily have been wandering the streets without jobs or any means of income, have been absorbed with gainful employment.”

Akingboye urged Tompolo to consider providing even more employment slots for Ondo State youth. He expressed satisfaction with Tantita Security’s progress and praised the Ondo State Coordinator, Chief Idowu Asonja, for his remarkable achievements.

He said, “He has blocked crude oil spillage, which has brought peace and created an enabling environment for their primary fishing activities.”

Akingboye called on all security agencies to support and cooperate with Tantita, emphasizing their shared mission to curb crime and ensure Nigeria’s safety.

He stressed that they should view each other as partners rather than rivals. Akingboye urged youths in the state to fully support and cooperate with Chief Idowu Asonja in his efforts to combat crime and create a conducive environment for legitimate businesses and future prospects.
