Speaker of the House of Representatives, Tajudeen Abbas, has congratulated the First Lady, Oluremi Tinubu, on the ocassion of her 63rd birthday.
Mrs. Tinubu, born September 21, 1960, turned 63 today, Thursday.
Taking to his X handle to celebrate the “mother of the nation”, Abbas described the First Lady as one who has lived a life worthy of emulation.
He wrote, “Hearty Congratulations to the First Lady and Mother of the Nation, Senator Oluremi Tinubu as she clocks 63.
“I salute the First Lady for her invaluable exploits both within the National Assembly as a three term Senator representing Lagos Central and as a leader of the womenfolk in the country.
“Our First Lady has lived a life worthy of emulation, especially by the female youth in Nigeria. Her strong, reliable and dependable presence is indeed a pillar in the life of the President.
“I commend the First Lady’s philanthropic activities. I am convinced the Renewed Hope Initiative, the pet project of the First Lady, is billed to impact more lives positively across the country, especially women and children.
“I wish the First Lady and mother of the nation greater achievements in the years ahead in good health and sound mind.”
