President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has appointed Dr. Danjuma Adamu Ismaila as the Rector and Chief Executive of the Nigerian College of Aviation Technology, Zaria.
Dr. Ismaila is an experienced professional in air transportation management, transport economic policy, and aviation security.
He graduated from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria, in 1989 with a degree in Physics and also holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Transportation.
Throughout his career, Dr. Ismaila has participated in numerous civil aviation management and transportation courses, workshops, and seminars.
He is a member of the Royal Aeronautical Society and the Air Transport Research Society.
Prior to his new appointment, he served as a lecturer at the Federal University of Transportation in Daura.
The announcement of his appointment was made on Wednesday, by Bayo Onanuga, the Special Adviser to the President on Information & Strategy.
