The President-elect, Asiwaju Bola Tinubu has denied his alleged meeting with the Chief Justice of Nigeria, Justice Olukayode Ariwoola.

Tinubu, who reacted to the news of his purported meeting with Ariwoola, through his Twitter handle this night, said it is pure fabricated news.

It would be recalled that the news of the president-elect’s traveling out of the country, was all over the internet yesterday, saying that Mr. Tinubu was secretly going for medical attention because of his failing health.

However, the news was debunked by his media office, noting that the President-elect, was going for relaxation in London and Paris, after long electioneering activities, and he will for Saudi Arabia from there.

Meanwhile, it was alleged earlier today, that CJN, who left Nigeria on the 11th of March, was scheduled to have a secret meeting with Mr. Tinu.

While reacting to the news, Tinubu tweeted, “There has been no clandestine meeting between the President-elect and the respected Chief Justice of our country, anywhere. It’s pure fabricated news, groundless in fact and authenticity.

The President-elect, who left Nigeria Tuesday has not been in London.
He is right now in France to have a deserved rest, after a hectic campaign that began in January 2022.”

Tinubu was the 1st of March declared the winner of this year’s presidential election in Nigeria, after polling 8,794,796 votes, and he was given his certificate of return, the same day.
