Former United States President Donald Trump will be arraigned in Fulton County on September 6 in the Georgia 2020 election subversion case
CNN reported that Trump’s arraignment, where he will be expected to enter a non-guilty plea, will be held at 9:30 a.m. ET.
His former lawyer Rudy Giuliani will be the second arraignment at 9:45 a.m. ET.
It is, however, unclear whether Trump will appear in person for the arraignment, as he can waive his appearance.
Trump, on Thursday last week, appeared at the Fulton County jail in Georgia to surrender himself to be booked.
Premium Politics had reported that Trump and his 18 co-defendants were charged on August 14 with attempting to overturn Georgia’s 2020 presidential election, and were given a deadline of Friday, August 25, at noon to hand themselves in for booking.
