As the Independent National Electoral Commission, conducts the supplementary election in Adamawa State today, following the declaration of the March 18 governorship election in the state, inconclusive, two different incidences of electoral violence, have been allegedly recorded in the state.
According to the information gathered, the two incidents happened in different polling units in the Yola local government area of the state.
In one of the two incidents recorded, a yet-to-be-identified man was stabbed, for having cash in his pocket, at a polling unit in the Yola north area of the state.
However, the other report recorded was a case of a lady, who was allegedly stabbed for an unknown reason, at the polling unit PU006, in Kafar Jauro Audu, Jambutu, Yola North local government area of the state.
It was gathered that the people who attacked her took away her cell phone from her possession, during the incident.
