Super Eagles of Nigeria have defeated the Bafana Bafana of South Africa 4-2 on penalties to qualify for the final of the 2023 Africa Cup of Nations on Wednesday night.
In a viral online video, the Governor of Osun State, Ademola Adeleke, was seen amongst a crowd of fellow supporters watching the football match, especially, the exhilarating penalty shoot out.
Adeleke was seen jubilation, and as usual, with a dance and his signature two fingers to the eye, signifying victory.
The match finished 1-1 after extra time and the three-time champions will face hosts Ivory Coast in the final on Sunday.
Both regular-time goals also came from penalties with Nigerian captain William Troost-Ekong scoring after 67 minutes and Teboho Mokoena equalised from a 90th-minute spot-kick.
