Ex-presidential aide, Reno Omokri, said he withdraw his support for the Labour Party’s standard bearer, Peter Obi, for defending an Indigenous People Of Biafra member.
Omokri said this in a tweet on Tuesday, alleging that Peter Obi defended the IPOB agent who is masquerading himself as ‘obidients’ and a female on Twitter.
The former aide to ex-President Goodluck Jonathan said he would unveil the IPOB agent after the 2023 elections.
He further disclosed that Obi’s decision to defend the individual is what caused their disagreement and made him withdraw his support for the former Anambra State Governor.
Omokri also hinted that he is ready to defend his position in court as he quickly stated that Senior Advocate of Nigeria, Mike Ozekhome, is his lawyer.
He wrote, “The main Obidient on Twitter, who poses as a girl, is actually an IPOB agent in Abuja. Ozekhome is my lawyer. I will unmask him after the election. I discussed the account with @PeterObi himself. He defended it: That was the day we fell out and I withdrew my support.”
