Zamfara State Governor, Dauda Lawal has urged the newly appointed commissioners in the state to contribute their quota in fighting insecurity in the state.
He stated that the newly appointed commissioners in the state work hard to actualize the vision of the state.
“All hands must be on deck in tackling the current insecurity in the state, and therefore, we shall all contribute to the fight against banditry in one way or the other,” he stated.
He also warned that any commissioner caught involved in any sharp practices will be severely dealt with.
“We are on a rescue mission, therefore, this administration would not condone act of negligence and ready to sack anyone found wanting in the discharge of his duty,” he warned.
According to Daily Post, He explained that the recent upsurge of banditry was condemnable and ought to be faced with all seriousness.
