The Senator representing Edo Central Senatorial District, Monday Okpewholo, has vowed to impact meaningfully in the lives of Edo people.
The governorship aspirant on the platform of the All Progressives Congress made his intention known in a statement issued to newsmen ahead of his consultation visit to the local government areas of the state.
The governoship hopeful disclosed that he envisions a future where infrastructural development transforms communities across the three senatorial districts of Edo State, according to The Sun.
“I will invest in durable roads, efficient waste management and modernization of public facilities through collaboration with stakeholders to make life meaningful for the people across the state,” Okpebholo said.
He reiterated that communities will be given priorities to meet the evolving needs of the residents and stop people from drifting to the urban cities.
He therefore called on the people of the state to join him in shaping a new Edo State where everyone, especially those in the rural communities will enjoy the benefits and dividend of democracy.
