We celebrate him as a descendant of Mein, and the ancient Mein Dynasty comprised today’s Ogobiri-Mein in Bayelsa State, Ogbolubiri-Mein, Kerebiri-Mein, Ngblebiri-Mein, and Akugbene-Mein all in Delta State. Of all the Mein descendants today, Chief E.K. Clark remained the foremost leader, and we respect and adore him because he is a father of equity and justice. So, we’re praying for him today to have many more happy returns in prosperity and good health.”
In addition to celebrating Chief Clark’s birthday, the meeting also focused on the ongoing struggle for the Kerebiri-Mein Kingdom’s freedom from oppression.
