United States Democratic candidate and Vice President Kamala Harris has called President-elect Donald Trump to congratulate him on his victory in the 2024 U.S. presidential election.
Trump, who ran as the Republican candidate, secured the presidency four years after losing his previous bid for re-election.
According to the Associated Press, Harris reached out to Trump on Wednesday, offering her congratulations on his successful return to the White House.
