Nollywood actress, Eniola Badmus, has described the presidential candidate of the All Progressives Congress, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu as a tiger who fights his own battle by himself.
The Actress stated this while notifying the people that President Muhammadu Buhari is not supporting Tinubu to emerge winner in the February 25, election.
Her statement is coming amidst the controversy, created by the naira redesign policy which many people, including APC chieftains claim was targeted at Tinubu’s victory and has caused confusion among them since the inception of the policy, the bad implementation of it and after effects of the policy on the average Nigerians.
Eniola who made this clarification through an Instagram post, stated that Tinubu can boast of being instrumental to Buhari’s Presidency, while the latter cannot say he has been supportive in any way, to make the former Lagos governor achieve his ambition in 2023.
She claimed that, if Tinubu wins the coming election, it should be noted that it is not because his party is at the center of power or Buhari’s support for him, but due to the faith many Nigerians personally have in him.
While expressing optimism in Tinubu’s victory at the poll, the Actress noted that nobody should attribute his victory to APC because he has been fighting his own battle, all by himself.
“Let it be known that if Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu wins this election, it’s not because his party is the ruling party. It’s because of the faith Nigerians have in him personally.
‘While Tinubu can boast that he was instrumental to PMB becoming president, PMB can not say he’s been instrumental in achieving Tinubu’s presidency.” She wrote
