There has been a report of massive protest from a group, seeking support for the Minister of the Federal Capital Territory, Nyesom Wike.
The report revealed that the protesters gathered at the entrance gate of the National Assembly Complex, as early as 8 a.m., on Thursday morning, calling for support for the FCT Minister.
The protesters, identified as the Nigerian Patriotic Forum, carried some placards describing Wike as a detribalised Nigerian.
They however called on the National Assembly to ignore calls for the resignation of the immediate former Governor of Rivers State.
A similar event also happened at the Assembly gate on Wednesday, where a group called for the immediate resignation of the FCT Minister.
