A federal lawmaker elected under the platform of the Peoples Democratic Party,, Anthony Adepoju has disclosed that he is ready to work with President Bola Tinubu due to his agenda to reposition Nigeria.
The lawmaker representing Ibarapa Central/Ibarapa North, Oyo State, at the House of Representatives made this disclosure while featuring on Kaftan TV on Tuesday.
Adepoju explained that though the president was elected under the platform of the All Progressives Congress, he needs the support of all Nigerians to succeed.
“What I am after is the development of Nigeria. And the president we have is who we should work with. At this point, Tinubu is our president and I am ready to work with him,” he said.
The lawmaker stated further that his decision to contest for the seat was to bring development to the people of his constituency.
