President Bola Tinubu has returned to Abuja after a two-week working leave in the United Kingdom and a brief stopover in Paris, France.
The President arrived at the Presidential Wing of the Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport, Abuja, around 7:20 pm.
He was received by senior members of his administration, including Lagos Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu, Chief of Staff Femi Gbajabiamila, and key ministers.
Notable dignitaries present to welcome the President included Finance Minister Wale Edun, Budget and Economic Planning Minister Abubakar Atiku Bagudu, National Security Adviser Nuhu Ribadu, and APC National Chairman Abdullahi Ganduje.
President Tinubu had departed for the UK on October 2 for his annual leave. During his time abroad, he also visited Paris for an undisclosed engagement.
The President is expected to resume his duties at the presidency on Monday, returning to his regular schedule and responsibilities.
This marks the end of President Tinubu’s working leave, and his return is anticipated to bring renewed focus to national issues and governance.
