There were no presence of security agents at Amatutu village where the presidential candidate of the Labour Party, Peter Obi’s expected to cast his vote despite the announcements of heavy deployment of security operatives in Anambra State by the state police command.
Daily Post reports that checks even at Agulu ward two, polling unit 019, showed the absence of security operatives.
The polling unit, with a high voter turnout, also has a huge number of journalists in the unit, all waiting for the candidate to vote.
In her reaction, however, the state police command’s spokesperson, said their operatives were deployed to the area.
